Drive occupancy rates and RevPAR for our 400-room luxury resort through algorithmic pricing, seasonal forecasting, and distribution channel management.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze market demand trends and competitor rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.
• Implement dynamic room pricing and group booking rate structures.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and yield management executive presentations.
